Privacy & beta terms

Synora is currently in private beta. Thanks for testing it with us — here's the plain-language version of what that means.

Your data. Your account email, and the planner, favourites, cycle log, symptom journal and check-ins you enter, are stored securely against your account so they sync across your devices. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the small team building Synora.

Anonymised community insights. Occasionally you may see a card like “58% of members who log Bloating also log Poor sleep the same day.” This comes from a privacy-protected process that looks only at symptom tags (never journal text, notes or pathology results) across everyone in the beta, and only shows a pattern once enough members share it that no individual could be identified. It never leaves our systems and is never shown to anyone outside the small team building Synora.

Not medical advice. Synora offers general nutrition information and recipe suggestions. It isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor, gynaecologist or dietitian — please keep seeing them for anything related to diagnosis or treatment.

Beta stage. Things may change, break, or reset while we're testing. If that happens, your Download Backup file is the safest way to hold onto your data in the meantime.

Leaving the beta. Email hello@synora.health any time to have your account and data deleted.

This is a plain-language beta notice, not a formal legal privacy policy or terms of service — those will be published before Synora is publicly available.
